Our culinary team will work with you to plan your reception dinner and all of your wedding weekend meals. Our chef comes with fifteen years of fine dining experience and a passion for all things food. We will do our best to honor any special requests you have. We strive to create a menu that is tailored to your love story, not just another cookie cutter wedding reception. Below is just a sample of what our creative team offers.

Do you love Seafood? We will bring it in by the boat load! Imagine a canoe filled with ice displaying a variety of oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, lump crab salad and Peruvian ceviche. Your guests will be in heaven!
